12 Week Body Transformation Program

Get results in just 12 weeks with Team Haines personal supervision and individualized training via monthly email updates. 12 Week Body Transformation Program includes these custom-designed elements:

  • Nutrition Plan - Daily menu of meals, which are customized to meet your goals. This plan breaks down each meal’s food items, exact amount, and macronutrient information, so you’ll know exactly what you are putting into your body. If you have certain food aversions or allergies, we also include information on approved food swaps

  • Monthly Weight-Training Plan - Custom daily workouts, grouped by muscle groups (i.e. shoulders/triceps workout, leg workout, etc.), with sets and reps included.

  • Monthly Cardio Schedule - Cardio programs along with the type of cardio recommended based on your goals 

  • Supplement Schedule - Recommended supplements based on your goals

After your first month on the Body Transformation Program, you will email Team Haines your progress photos (front, side, back full-body shots). Your nutritional, weight-training, and cardio plans will be adjusted based on your progress. 

Program Cost: $350

  • Start-up fee & first month of plan (weeks 1-4) - $150

  • Second month of plan (weeks 5-8) - $100 

  • Third month of plan (weeks 9-12) - $100

*Following your 12-Week Body Transformation Program, if you wish to continue receiving monthly nutrition & fitness plans, you can join our Maintenance Program for $100/month (for as long as you wish to continue)

 

16 Week Contest Preparation Program 

This contest program begins 16 weeks prior to your competition date. Prior to beginning this program, Team Haines will consult with you to help clarify your fitness goals and choose the right show for you. This program includes weekly check-ins (in person for local clients/ progress pics via email for online clients) to access your progress leading up to your competition. The 16 Week Contest Preparation Program includes these custom-designed elements:

  • Nutrition Plan (will change at each meeting unless we feel that you are making progress with the current menu plan) - This plan breaks down each meal’s food items, exact amount, and macronutrient information, so you’ll know exactly what you are putting into your body.

  • Monthly Weight Training Plan - Custom daily workouts, grouped by muscle groups (i.e. shoulders/triceps workout, leg workout, etc.), with sets and reps included.

  • Monthly Cardio Schedule/Programs -Cardio programs along with the type of cardio recommended based on your goals 

  • Supplement Recommendation & Schedule - Recommended supplements based on your goals

  • In-person clients receive guidance and feedback on posing routines, as well as practice during check-in time period 

Program Cost:

  • Total $800 for local clients (billed $200 monthly- 4 months)

  • Total $600 for online clients (billed $150 monthly- 4 months) 

*If you are preparing for a competition longer than 16 weeks, (ex: more than one contest) the fee will remain $200 as long as you are in contest preparation

 

One Time Menu Plan $50

Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, or weight management, Team Haines can provide you with a custom menu of a full day’s meals (6 meals included)

 

Workout Plan $75

One time workout program customized to include exercises with sets and repetitions for each body part based on your goals.
